Brûlée Brasserie @ Casa Tropicana

Hello, everyone! (^ー^)ノ

It's been awhile since I updated w smtg but today I wna share w you guys a cozy cafe nestled in Damansara that serves their very own signature specialties that you can't find elsewhere! They are called Brûlée Brasserie & I will let you know in awhile how they live up to their name :) Just read on~

Brûlée Brasserie is like a hidden gem but once you found it, no regrets & you might even want to come back for more ;) They serve real good coffee made of original ingredients as well as delicious food like their house-special pizzas to munch on while catching up w yr friends. Not forgetting to also mention that they have friendly staff & service.

Brûlée Brasserie is in the same location as MJ Cafe @ Casa Tropicana but you gotta take the stairs all the way to yr right (above 7-11). Address will be down below ↓↓↓

A birthday party was going on that day in their indoors section. Yup! You can book the cafe for parties/occasions :D

The menu. As for the drinks, besides a wide variety of coffee & tea, they have LOTS of types of craft beer imported from all over the world that will make you feel spoiled for choice. Kindly ask the staff & they will be happy to tell you all about it. It's a pretty chilling place to enjoy beer :D

Try out their pizza w generous amount of toppings, too! Many flavors! ♥ The cafe proudly presents their crème brûlée as the cafe's ultimate signature. You can choose up to assorted flavors of original, lemon zest, green tea, red tea, chocolate, vanilla, coffee & lavender.

Now I'm going to show you my orders of the day! (although I've been there so many times alrdy, I feel they really deserve a post about them! plus it's a recommendation of where to go if you & yr friends are clueless & want to try smtg new)

Flat White (RM9) - Iced Mocha (RM10) - Iced Latte (RM9)

Aromatic & flavorful describes these coffees. Mabel always prefers adding on a scoop of vanilla ice cream into her iced mocha (that girl so clever to enjoy, lol!)

Caramel Latte (RM9)

& as for me, I always request to add on brûlée syrup (which is my super fav). Makes it taste real yum & special. You should try it too if that's yr kinda thing. It's cos I like my dose of caffeine sweet.

Nasi Lemak Pizza (RM13)

WHAT? Nasi Lemak Pizza? :O At first I was a bit taken aback when I heard but decided to give it the green light anyways since Brûlée Brasserie is the FIRST cafe to come up w Nasi Lemak Pizza & serve them to the crowd.

Ingredients? Nasi lemak (of course), cucumber slices, hard-boiled egg, peanuts, sambal ikan bilis, & cheese! I don't quite know how to describe this but it doesn't taste as weird as you might think of it. In fact I find it worth a try for a whole new Nasi Lemak experience. So Malaysian. Very fresh as well!

Big Breakfast Pan Pizza (RM15)

This, is my absolute favorite HANDS DOWN. Just looking at this pic & blogging about this makes me crave so badly. Why are they so creative? It is literally a 'Big Breakfast' served on a Pan Pizza. Genius. It's so very cheesy & filled w generous toppings of bacon, sausages, egg, baked beans, & more. A MUST TRY, you'll love it ♥♥♥

Crème Brûlée (RM7)

Last but not least, their signature crème brûlée since 2015. Crème Brûlée is a popular French dessert which means Burnt Creme in English. The word brûlée refers to dishes, such as custards, finished w a sugar glaze.

I ordered the lemon flavor cos I love all things lemon :p It blends well w the sweet creamy milk notes & has a melt-in-the-mouth texture. Definitely what I'm going to order again~
