That day, they awarded 6 Malaysian Social Enterprises w seed funding of RM240,000, alongside training, guidance & mentorship to help grow their businesses.

Entering its 3rd year, Social Enterprises are offered financial support & training by the ‘Entrepreneurs For Good’ programme - businesses set up not only to seek profit, but w the overarching goal of improving the lives of Malaysian communities.

The application process began w a series of roadshows & workshops held across Malaysia earlier in the year. Aspiring Social Enterprises attending these events learned more about the Social Enterprise model, & were encouraged to apply to join this year's competition. 14 promising Social Enterprises were shortlisted & invited to pitch for the award to a panel of judges comprised of industry leaders & others active within the Social Enterprise sector.

All 14 finalists gathered at The Tavern at Guinness Anchor Berhad to hear the results. Joining them were representatives from Guinness Anchor Berhad & the British Council, along w media & winners from the two previous years of Entrepreneurs For Good.
